El Chileno in Hannover

Super delicious Chileno restaurant as you would expect.

I always like to come back here, especially in Summer where you can sit on the terrace. The Price-performance ratio is good, the dishes are very tasty. The Pisco Sour is highly recommended as a drink. I have never drunk so delicious anywhere else! There are both tapas and normal main courses and you can also have something put together individually.

The food was delicious, as it has been a few times before. Unfortunately we didn't feel welcome. As soon as we picked up the last chunk of Zeller, it was immediately snatched away. We were asked twice whether the bread could be cleared away. It had to be ordered and paid for separately. The shift assigned to us still had 20 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the time allotted to us, we were asked to pay, separately billing 3 people seemed a problem due to the reaction of the serviceman. I understand that in the current time not everything can be comfortably regulated, but a little friendliness and affection can still help to feel comfortable

Very tasty tapas and Chilean specialties. The room for larger groups of people is very nicely prepared, but the "normal" room looks quite bright from the light. Still, top service and very tasty dessert! Gladly again.

Their hospitality was horrible. A very bad booking system that led us to wait over 40 mins and they kicked us out even though there was a table available. One of the restaurants I would definitely avoid the trip necessary to reach.

We called more than 10 times all week to make a reservation. Nobody answers. We even sent an email, but no response. We went there anyway over the weekend, hoping we'd get a table. When we were at the entrance a waitress came and said everything was full and we weren't allowed in. Alternatively, we could eat outside - at 6 degrees - we wanted to consider whether we should stay or not. 30 seconds later, either the boss or the cook came to us and asked whether we would stay or not. In my opinion, his behavior was a bit uncomfortable ... even got a bit scared and drove off straight away. Conclusion: I can't say anything about the food. Because of the service and because I was a bit scared of the chef / chef, I would not come back. I would like to know why you have a phone number but never answer it? And why the email address if it doesn't answer?

The staff is really friendly, the location is okay, the food is okay ... Tapas could have more "power", more flavor / flavor ...

This place was a real surprise for us because we only knew Spanish tappas so far and these Chilean ones were very strange to us. That's why we found it all the more positive that all the dishes went so well together. It was all a taste explosion. We always like to come back. A definite recommendation from us.

We go to "El Chileno" very regularly. The quality of the food is always consistently good and convinces us again and again.

Food is amazingly good, have been coming here for Years !! But don't like the cash only option.

El Chileno is a great restaurant with good quality food. The card is not overcrowded and the kitchen is super clean. The chef conjures delicious dishes that not only fill you up, but also provide a great taste experience.
